Confirm assignment and network status. Ask whether the supplier accepts Medicare assignment for the exact item and whether your Medicare Advantage plan treats it as in network.
Confirm service and inventory directly. A local address does not establish delivery range, stock, setup support, or current availability.

Default results require direct active accreditation and an exact, unambiguous supplier-identifier-to-NPI HCPCS match. Pharmacy and retail alternatives require the same billing match and stay hidden until selected. An omitted location is not evidence that it had no Medicare activity. The 2025 source reports Medicare payments and allowed beneficiaries; the 2024 source reports services and, where CMS published it, patient and rental information. These measures are not interchangeable and do not establish current inventory.
