What this means for you
- 21 plans offered in 2026 are not offered again in Nevada for 2027. If yours is one of them, your plan must send you a letter before Open Enrollment. Some members are moved into another plan from the same company; the letter says what happens to you, and you can choose a different plan during Open Enrollment.
- 14 plans are new in Nevada for 2027. Some may be existing plans offered under a new plan number.
- 5 counties have 3 or fewer plans in 2027: Elko (3), Esmeralda (3), Lander (3), Lincoln (3), Pershing (3). With fewer choices, check that your doctors are in the plan's network before you enroll.
- The highest in-network out-of-pocket limit rose to $9,850 (from $9,250 in 2026). Compare the yearly limit, not just the monthly premium.
- Molina Healthcare, Inc. does not offer Medicare Advantage plans in Nevada for 2027. If your plan is from one of them, watch for its letter and choose new coverage during Open Enrollment.
- 2027 drug costs, stars and pharmacy networks are not published yet. If you take medicines, check your costs again when CMS publishes them. We never fill gaps with 2026 numbers.
