Find a dialysis facility

Dialysis does the work of kidneys that no longer work well. Search by ZIP to see the closest dialysis centers Medicare approves. You will see their Medicare stars and the treatments each one offers. Nothing here is paid placement.

In-center vs. at home

In-center dialysis means you go to the center, most often three times a week. Some people do dialysis at home instead. The center trains you and helps you. Not every center offers every type.

Medicare star rating

Medicare gives each center 1 to 5 stars. The stars look at things like survival, hospital stays, and infections. They are a summary, not advice. Some centers have no stars.

Late shift

Some facilities offer treatments later in the day, which can help people who work. Use the Services filter to show only the treatments you need.
